SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Policy
The customers will shoulder the delivery fee.They customers can opt to deliver the product via Meet-Up, Pick Up, and choose their desired shipping company to deliver it at their doorstep. They can select Mr. Speedy, Lalamove, or Grab. The farm is also providing a delivery service if the customer requests that any of the farm staff should deliver the product. Delivery charges will be shouldered by the customer.
Rabbit Care for Delivery
Before the delivery of the rabbits, it will be first checked if it's in good condition. After checking, it will be put inside a plastic basket with hay or grass for it to be comfortable during the trip. The rider will be also advised to be careful since they are delivering a live animal.
Time of Delivery
Unless the customer requests a scheduled time, the suggested delivery time for rabbits is during midnight to avoid any form of stressors and heatstroke during the shipment.
